Most recently, it has added senior industry experts to the management team and has expanded product development to meet user requests for new demand components such as an interactive management dashboard and expanded cost and margin analysis.

Our Senior Leadership Team
Kenneth Bassey, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Ken Bassey is a veteran of the automotive industry, having served in strategic planning, sales and account management, forecasting, and marketing capacities. His experience includes managing relationships on behalf of top tier automotive suppliers with Chrysler, General Motors, Ford, and the North American operations of multiple Japanese OEMs.
As founder of Saphran, Ken is dedicated to users growing Saphran’s commercial management solutions through continuous development and innovation.
Ken is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration.
He is a lifetime member of the Detroit Economic Club.
Rob Kline, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Rob has nearly 20 years of experience in sales, sales leadership, new business ventures and technology consulting. His knowledge of process engineering, systems design, finance and business operations functions will improve and bolster Saphran’s leadership in sales, operations and overall organizational execution and effectiveness.
Rob has experience across many industry segments with deep practical knowledge of manufacturing. His core competencies include managing a competitive complex sales process and providing trusted advisory services to his clients driving unmatched business results. Rob is tasked with building sustainable business processes and leveraging technology to enable enterprise growth and scalability at Saphran.
Rob is a graduate of Ohio University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration.
